Quickly clear clogs up to 60 ft. from the cleanout with this motorized electric drain snake. Ground fault circuit interrupter with a sealed air-activated foot switch for safe operation. This electric drain snake can handle pipes from 2″ to 6″ in diameter when equipped with the right head. Typical applications include vent lines and primary septic lines. Remember for best results try to have strait access into the blocked pipe. These units have an inner wire core and will not take 90° elbows or T’s. They will be able to maneuver around 45° bends and sweeps.
These units generally don’t work particularly well on footing drains, as silt and sand can easily fill in behind the head. For this job we suggest our Clog Hog Sewer Jetter.
