These are specially designed to make laying tongue-and-groove floor boards simple and fast. While most people call them a floor nailer, they are actually a stapler that seats directly into the tongue of the board. You simply hold the stapler against the tongue side edge of the board and a moderate whack on the plunger with the included nylon mallet, and the staple is in, at the right angle, and the right depth, every time; and best of all you won’t have to wear out your knees in the process. Most folks who have used the manual versions say that once they have used these units they will never use anything else again. Requires a ¾ HP or larger compressor, minimum of 2 CFM. This unit is designed for 1/2 inch thick symmetrical tongue flooring.
