Which is right for you?  It depends on your application.   We will be happy to schedule a site visit to insure that you are reserving the proper tent and size for your location.  Look at our “Consider for Party of” column for some starting suggestions.  Also see the bottom of this page for Considerations for Spacing and Tent Sizing, to get further information, and to see what those numbers include.

Frame Tents can be set on staked on grass covered surfaces, or weighted on hard surfaces like driveways and patios.  Pole tents must be staked into the ground, and require an additional 5-7 feet around the tent perimeter for ropes and stakes.  Frame tents have no interior center poles….. Pole tents have center poles every 15′ (in 30′ wide tents), 20′ (in 40′ wide tents) and 30′ (in 60′ wide tents).   Our Do-It-Yourself tents require staking, and have 1-3 center poles depending on size.

Do It Yourself Tents are available for pick up only.  When picking up items for weekend events, Pick up is available from Friday on, and returns are due on or before 4:00pm Monday unless otherwise pre-arranged.  Remember you will need to bring help to load items on pickup and unload them upon return.  To expedite your pickup process call an hour before you arrive and we will have your items pre-pulled and prepped for you.

All frame & pole tent pricing includes installation, and are rented by the event, not by the day (generally on location for 3-5 days),Delivery prices are additional, and include delivery of any additional rental goods on order.  Delivery charges are based on town, and accessibility to location of setup.  Many options are available including lights, sides, decorating packages and more.  We  have a full line of heating, ventilation, and silent generation options available upon request,  priced according to your specific event needs.

 

Considerations for Spacing and Tent Sizing

 What size tent do I really need?  Well, that depends.  What do you see happening…will there be dancing?  Buffet?  Is an area needed for mingling or special displays?  What will happen if inclement weather effects your plans?  Take a look at our “consider for a party of” column, then click on each tent’s page for a corresponding diagram for a quick idea of a comfortable event in different tent sizes.  Every event is very different and unique, so we encourage you to come in or give us a call and we’ll be more than happy to create a layout based on you exact needs show you some other options free of charge.

The following are some helpful guidelines to get you started on properly sizing your tent
